Welder/ Metal Worker

We are looking for skilled welders experienced in MIG/MAG welding of black steel in Finland

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG/MAG welding of black steel
• Manufacture steel structures according to technical drawings
• Work as part of a team in indoor facilities with good working conditions

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience
• Welding certificates for thick plates (can be renewed on-site)
• Basic English communication skills
• Professional attitude and willingness to grow within the company
• Driver’s license is an advantage (not required)

Conditions

• Long-term contract (12+ months)
• 168+ hours/month, salary paid twice a month
• Hourly rate: €14–18/h (net ~€2,700–3,000/month)
• Workwear, PPE, and health insurance provided
• Accommodation near workplace (€300–550/month)
• Travel to/from Finland paid by employee
• Support with documents, bank, language, and integration
