Precast Concrete Assembler

We are hiring experienced concrete assemblers for precast concrete factories across Finland!

Responsibilities:

• Simple panels
• Sandwich panels
• Facade panels
• Columns (experience is a plus, but not required)
• The elements can be 1-layer, 2-layer, or 3-layer

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precast concrete assembly
• Previous work experience in Finland is a strong advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good knowledge of English (for workplace communication and safety instructions)

Conditions:

• Location more than 100 km from Helsinki, Finland.
• Working hours: from 50 hours per week, with overtime paid at a higher rate
• Accommodation provided: rent €300–400/month
• Option to rent your own apartment at additional cost
• Workwear provided
