We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting
healthcare professionals in ensuring the well-being of patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide essential patient care, including assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- The administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
- Observe and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Support patients with feeding and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Assist nurses and other medical staff with clinical procedures and daily tasks.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Assist in rehabilitation exercises and therapy sessions as required.
- Educate patients and their families on health, hygiene, and self-care practices.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide basic first aid when necessary.
Requirements:
✓ Category B driving license
✓ Certified Practical Nurse (or equivalent qualification).
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✓ Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
✓ Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
✓ Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
