Concrete Element Assembler

We are looking for skilled workers for the assembly and manufacturing of concrete wall panels of varying complexity according to drawings and technical specifications in Finland.


Responsibilities include:

•  Preparation and installation of formwork for concrete pouring.
•  Installation and securing of reinforcement, insulation, and embedded elements.
•  Quality control of finished products, detection, and correction of defects.
•  Operation of hand and power tools required for the tasks.

Requirements:

•  Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete element manufacturing.
•  Ability to read construction drawings.
•  Physical endurance, responsibility, and precision.
•  Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
•  Basic English communication skills required.

Conditions:

• Long-term contract
• Minimum 168 hours/month
