Successful recruitment starts with understanding people: their skills, expectations, and what makes a particular job opportunity the right choice for them.
Finesta is looking for a Recruitment Specialist with excellent Lithuanian and good English skills to join our team in Tallinn.
Your main focus will be recruitment for the Lithuanian market, while also supporting projects across other Baltic and Nordic countries. You’ll recruit for production and operational roles, as well as administrative and specialist positions in various fields.
If you enjoy connecting with people, managing recruitment projects independently, and finding new ways to reach candidates, we’d love to meet you.
What will you do?
- Manage recruitment projects independently, from candidate sourcing and initial contact through to hiring.
- Actively find and attract Lithuanian-speaking candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct interviews, understand candidates’ expectations, and assess their suitability for different roles.
- Clearly explain job opportunities, working conditions, and relocation details where relevant.
- Build a candidate pool for future needs and stay in touch with candidates in our database.
- Work closely with colleagues and clients to understand staffing needs and agree on recruitment priorities.
- Keep candidate information up to date and ensure candidates receive timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute ideas to improve sourcing, recruitment marketing, and the candidate experience.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent spoken and written Lithuanian.
- Good English skills for daily communication with international colleagues and clients.
- Previous experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, or HR.
- Initiative and confidence in approaching candidates directly and exploring new sourcing channels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several recruitment projects and competing priorities.
- Clear communication, a responsible approach, and good teamwork skills.
- Availability to work from our Tallinn office under a hybrid working arrangement.
It’s a big plus if you:
- Speak Latvian, Estonian, Polish, or German.
- Have experience recruiting for production, logistics, or other operational roles.
- Know the Lithuanian candidate market and local sourcing channels well.
- Have experience attracting candidates through social media.
What do we offer?
- A competitive salary and performance bonuses.
- A hybrid working arrangement, with our Tallinn office as your main workplace.
- A supportive international team and close collaboration across markets.
- Modern recruitment tools, including an ATS and AI-powered sourcing solutions.
- Support for sports and wellbeing.
- Ownership of your recruitment projects and the opportunity to help shape how we work.
- Opportunities to develop your skills and progress to a more senior role.
